Our Firm
Established in 1981, Messrs K. SILADASS & PARTNERS is a well-known and reputable law firm with its main office situated in its own building in Kluang, Johor. The Firm has currently two (2) other branch offices in Batu Pahat, Johor and Simpang Renggam, Johor respectively.
Our Firm’s current practice is equally divided between litigation, conveyancing and corporate matters. We also handle substantial amount of work assigned by various Housing Developers, Insurance Companies, Corporate companies, Banks and other Financial Institutions.
Our Firm has been handling a very good proportion of litigation in our respective offices. We have every reason to believe that our Firm handles the most varied nature of litigation matters in Kluang, Johor. Therefore, our staff are well exposed in their respective areas of work.
We have also affiliation with firms from Sabah, Sarawak and Singapore namely Messrs MG’s Legal Chamber (Sabah), Messrs Terang, Manjit, Azmi & Hardip Singh (Sarawak) and Messrs Central Chambers Law Corporation (Singapore) to serve clients better and competently.
We carry out our legal practice by providing an excellent level of service in a practical and proficient manner and we demonstrate quality to our clients in everything we do.
Our Firm has set up a law library in year 2019 in Kluang, Johor for the benefit of the members of the society in Kluang, Johor and also the other parts of the state to conduct legal research gratis.

K. Siladass Senior Partner
Mr. K. Siladass is a Barrister at Law of Lincoln’s Inn, [former ACIArb, mediator (Bar Council)] has been in the legal field since 1957 and has been active in legal practice since 1981. His main area of work has been in the field of litigation and is well known in the legal profession and among the members of the judiciary.
He was one of the founder members of the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn Alumni.
He was also the Editor-in-chief of the magazine “The New Wave”. He contributes to Law Journals and newspapers regularly till-to-date.
He is also known for the various books he has written which are well received and referred to by those in the legal profession and the judiciary.

She has vast experience in handling general litigation cases, including contractual and property-related disputes, landlord/tenancy and divorce & matrimonial proceedings. She is also a Registered Trademark Agent under the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO).

LL.B (Hons) Malaya, with an Executive Certificate in Islamic Finance, was called to the bar in October 2010 and has joined our firm since November 2017. Her area of practice includes conveyancing, Islamic banking, corporate and also other non-contentious matters. She is also a Registered Trademark Agent under the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO).
Rajarajeswari Paraseraman Legal Associate

LL.B (Hons) Malaya did her pupillage with us in year 2017 and then joined our firm as a Legal Associate in September 2018 . She is currently at our Simpang Renggam Office. She is involved in general litigation including divorce & matrimonial proceedings and as well as criminal matters.
