Ms. Prem Shobana Gana Das, LL.B (Hons) (Cardiff), CLP (MAL), LLM in International Law (UWE) has been in practice since 2005 and was the former Managing Partner of Messrs Shobana Linda & Partner (SLP) since 2007. SLP has amalgamated with our Firm effective of 03.02.2025. She has significant expertise in general litigation and conveyancing and brings a wealth of leadership and management skills to her role as Deputy Managing Partner. She has successfully resolved many disputes for her clients through mediation without the need for lengthy trial proceedings. She has also advised and represented corporate clients in sale and purchase transactions of commercial properties including but not limited to hypermarkets, factories and land (agricultural, industrial and commercial)

Dato’ Mandave Singh Gill,
LL.B (Hons) London, CLP (MAL) has
been in practice since 2001 and with our firm since June 2002. He possesses extensive and comprehensive experience in civil litigation, including accidents and personal injury matters, as well as in criminal litigation and cases involving employment and industrial court issues. Dato’ Mandave Singh Gill is a seasoned litigator with a proven track record of success in both civil and criminal law. He brings to the firm a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the complexities of various areas of the law.

Mr. Shanker Sivapragasam,
LL.B (Hons) University of the West of England and Barrister at Law (Lincoln’s Inn) has been in practice and with our firm since November 2006. He has considerable experience in the areas of general litigation, conveyancing, and corporate matters, as well as in handling various non-contentious issues. Shanker Sivapragasam’s comprehensive understanding of general litigation, conveyancing, and corporate law allows him to provide effective solutions to a wide range of client needs. His ability to navigate both contentious and non-contentious matters ensures practical and efficient outcomes for our clients.

Puan Azlinda Binti Zainal Abidin,
LL.B (Hons) University of Sheffield, CLP (MAL) has been in practice since 1997 and has been with our firm since February 2011. She has extensive experience in banking litigation, Islamic
banking, civil litigation, and conveyancing. She has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of general civil litigation disputes and her advocacy skills make her a valuable asset to our clients and our firm.

Ms. Parvathi Kandasamy,
LL.B (Hons) London, CLP (MAL) has been in practice since year 2004 and with our firm since June 2012. She is a versatile and skilled
advocate and solicitor with expertise in both commercial and family law. Parvathi has extensive
experience in general litigation cases, including contractual and property-related disputes, landlord-
tenant disputes, and divorce and matrimonial proceedings. She is also a Registered Trademark Agent under the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO).

Puan Roshaslinda Binti Kafri, LL.B (Hons) (UiTM), has been in practice since 2005 and has extensive experience in various areas of law. She is one of the founding partners of Messrs Shobana Linda & Partners, which firm has amalgamated with our firm effective 03.02.2025, and is currently the Resident Partner of the Kuala Lumpur Branch. Roshaslinda Binti Kafri serves as the Resident Partner of our Kuala Lumpur Branch, providing clients with legal guidance tailored to the specific needs of our respective clients.

Ms. Mursyidah Binti Muslim,
LL.B (Hons) International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) has joined us as a Legal Associate since January 2022 at our Batu Pahat Branch Office. Her area of practice includes general litigation, conveyancing and other matters.

Ms. Siti Hasmah Binti Osman, LL.B (Hons) UUM was called to the Bar in August 2016 and has gained valuable experience working with multiple law firms. She was formerly the Junior Partner of Messrs Shobana Linda & Partners. She handles matters involving various areas of the law, including general litigation and corporate advisory.

Ms. Nurrul Nadia binti Norrizan, LL.B (Hons) UiTM was called to the bar in June 2010 and has experience in handling criminal litigation matters. She has joined our firm in July 2024 and is involved in general litigation as well as criminal litigation.

Ms. Puvanamathi T Mathiallahan, LL.B (Hons) National University of Malaysia (UKM) did her pupillage with us in year 2023 and was retained as a Legal Associate in October 2024. She is part of the general litigation team.

Ms. K. Anbahnanthy, LL.B (Hons) National University of Malaysia (UKM) did her pupillage with us in year 2024 and was retained as a Legal Associate in January 2025. She is currently part of the Conveyancing team.

Ms. Praveena Ravi, LL.B (Hons) National University of Malaysia (UKM) did her pupillage with us in the year 2024 and was retained as a Legal Associate in September 2025. She is part of the general litigation team.
